Who we are...

The IOWA BISON ASSOCIATION is governed by a nine member board of directors. The state is divided into four regions, each represented by a Director. A Director-at Large also represents the state as a whole. The association meets four times a year or as needed.

How is it organized?

A summer conference and meeting is held in July. This event is hosted by one of our members and includes informative speakers, tour and the annual meeting. Our annual ‘Select Show and Sale’ is held in January. This event showcases outstanding animals from our Iowa producers. Additionally, we represent our association members at the Iowa State Fair and agricultural events throughout the Midwest.
